Caroline Durrett, MS, LPC-Associate

Supervised by Bethany Moss, LPC-S, RPT-S

The healing journey requires great courage, patience, and self-compassion. Regardless of age, there is value in unraveling one’s inner world and learning to love the person within.

Caroline considers it an honor to create a space that is safe for processing, self-discovery, and growth. While she brings clinical expertise as a mental health professional, she believes each client is the expert on their own life. Together, they take on life’s challenges with humor, self-reflection, and the belief that things can and will improve with time. Just as a plant grows with the right balance of sun, soil, and water, Caroline works collaboratively with clients to create the conditions needed for growth and flourishing.

Caroline has a passion for working with musicians and performers of all kinds and specializes in anxiety, OCD, and trauma. She also provides Animal Assisted Therapy alongside her golden retriever, Denver, a certified therapy dog through Pet Partners.

Caroline is committed to providing inclusive, compassionate care for individuals of all backgrounds and experiences. Her approach is strength-based, developmentally informed, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and lived experiences.

Outside of her clinical work, Caroline remains actively engaged in the arts as a choral musician and a cappella performer. She enjoys reading, playing volleyball, games, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
