MA, LPC, EMDR-Trained

I'm honored to walk alongside you as you journey to personal wellness. I strive to cultivate a space of trust and safety where growth can flourish. As a firm believer in each individual's uniqueness and capacity for change with the right support, I aim to empower you on your path to healing.

In my practice, I integrate interpersonal and holistic approaches, recognizing the profound impact of emotional wounds, relational patterns, and significant life events on one's sense of safety and intimacy. By fostering curiosity and self-awareness, we can begin to untangle the complexities of your past, paving the way for a renewed sense of hope and acceptance in the present.

As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, I am deeply attuned to the complexities of societal prejudices, cultural expectations, and family dynamics. I am passionate about breaking down barriers and fostering culturally informed connections, particularly within the BIPOC and mental health communities.

Originally from Dallas, TX, I find joy in the outdoors, music, lifelong learning, and exploring new destinations. As the proud daughter of hard-working Mexican-Salvadorian parents, I am deeply rooted in my vibrant community. Outside the office, you might find me hiking a trail, sharing laughter over coffee with friends, dancing at a concert, or planning my next adventure.

My client population incudes: couples, families, individual adults, children and adolescents. Common issues I work with are developmental trauma, attachment cultural identity, spiritual trauma, and co-occurring issues.

Education: MA in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary;
BA in Psychology from University of North Texas.
